“ Solid brunch spot that has a huge line on the weekend, but it moves fast. The menu is enormous and a bit overwhelming, but there is something for everyone on it. The space is large and the service is very fast and friendly, so they are able to turn tables quickly. IG worthy coffee and cocktail drinks are pricey, but they have an eye catching presentation coupled with an element of novelty that makes you want to order one - my friend got a pretty mojito mimosa with a popsicle in it that had visible slices of fruit, and I had a spicy margarita where you could inject the amount of pineapple juice you wanted. We enjoyed how both drinks tasted. For food we opted for the chicken and waffles and the lomo saltado avocado relleno. The portions are huge, you easily can get 2 meals worth from one entree. While the lomo was tasty I did not get much vinegar, as it was overpowered by the saltiness of the soy. My friend's chicken and waffle was a large chicken breast that had a well seasoned batter, but wasn't juicy. Overall we thought the food was okay. If you value variety, presentation, and quantity this is a good brunch pick. ”

“ Every dish and drink at this popular brunch spot just outside of The Shops at Merrick Park mall is picture-perfect. Ideally, you want to sit outside to maximize your people-watching experience, but chose the inside if it's either too hot, too rainy, or too cold. The menu is extensive and they also have fun with the names of the dishes. For example, one of the dishes is called "Si no es Juan, es Pedro," which literally means "If it's not Juan, it's Pedro." That's the name of a dish that has a brunchy version the Peruvian dish Lomo Saltado (essentially sautéed sirloin with onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños). They also include two terrific sauces that make the dish truly special--a guava sauce and a green chili sauce. I recommend that you eat the English muffins with a knife and fork instead of making a sandwich out of them. I get the temptation, but it would be messier that you think. I also tried the sandwiches--at least the ham, egg, and cheese croissant, and the French toast sandwich. The croissant sandwich is their "smallest dish", according to the waitress. It was huge and packed with ham, egg, and cheese. It's also topped with powdered sugar. Yeah, it's big, but I still wouldn't get it without a side of their amazing potatoes. If you come with your sig-other, and have amazing discipline when it comes to ordering and portion sizes, I would recommend splitting one of those sandwiches and a side of potatoes between the two. Don't forget, the coffee drinks are also amazing here and they're also ginormous. The Chicken and Waffles dish is also worth mentioning and trying because they do such a great job with the batter and cooking of the chicken--amazingly moist and crunchy! Perfect dish to fully experience the entire spectrum of sweet and savory to go with a heavenly crunch. I tried 3 of the drinks. If you're ordering a latte, you can opt for hot or cold and each one is a picture-perfect visual presentation. Kudos to the owners and chef for perfectly crafting the visual presentation of each dish and drink. Most of us love Nutella, that's a given, but it's worth mentioning that the pistachio cream they lather along the side of the coffee drinks has a similar thickness and texture to Nutella. They also cover it in nuts, whip cream and other toppings. The crafted coffee drinks are an essential part of the experience at this bistro. I highly recommend that you get one. If you think it will be too much food, go with a cappuccino. I recommend the creme brûlée cappuccino, unless you are lactose intolerant. They won't let you use an alternative milk with the creme brûlée--likely because it can't produce a sturdy base for the burnt sugar crust they torch on top. If you are lactose intolerant, go with another cappuccino or latte drink and you can get oat or almond milk. I included my pictures with this review. However, they also have pictures of everything on their site. This is the type of place where you really should do some homework before going to it because the menu is massive and you really want to decide what you'll get this time. Yes, it's really good and you will be back for other dishes after you come the first time. I know I will. ”

Our waiter Rivero was very friendly and helpful when trying to navigate the huge menu. There's so much to choose from and everytime a plate went past us we literally drooled at the options.
